As we prepare to implement a newly translated Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA), let us dedicate the time and energy to renew our understanding and appreciation of the Church's vision for initiation ministry. There are several formation opportunities for coordinators, team members, and clergy.

| In-Person Workshop Audience: Initiation Ministry Coordinators and Teams, Priests, Deacons Cost: Free (Diocese of Des Moines Participants) Participants at this daylong gathering will receive an overview of the four stages of initiation and the rituals that accompany them. In addition, we will examine the importance of discernment during the catechumenal journey, as well as the role of the baptized faithful.
