With Catechumeneon, LTP offers our assistance to parishes and dioceses as they seek to train and form ministers around Christian initiation. We invite you to consider hosting one of our training events to help your catechumenal ministers and parish leaders deepen their understanding and vision of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.
We invite you to consider hosting a Catechumeneon training event for Christian initiation ministers in your diocese or region. Whether in English or Spanish, LTP will assist you in coordinating all aspects of an in-person or virtual event.
Contact LTP to schedule your training event 6–12 months before your desired date. (Please note that weekends in Autumn and Winter Ordinary Time fill up quickly.)
Diocesan offices are invited to collaborate with their counterparts from neighboring diocese in organizing a regional gathering for Christian initiation ministers. Working with those in your region or province is a way to share and steward resources well while building a vibrant initiation network in the region.
Whether sponsored by the offices for worship, catechesis, evangelization, clergy formation, the bishop’s office, or even part of a diocesan ministry/catechetical gathering, work with us to schedule your next in-person training. Presenters from LTP are available for a variety of topics on Christian initiation and liturgical ministry.
Parishes too can host an LTP in-person or virtual training event. You can collaborate with other parishes in your geographic region or contact your diocesan office and let them know you are interested in hosting an LTP workshop.
There are several models of pricing and travel reimbursement. Please contact us for more information so we can best work out an arrangement that works for you and your community.
We are always honored to receive an invitation to collaborate. Our list of diocesan collaborators is growing—we hope you will consider working with us in the future.
In the recent past, Catechumeneon events were hosted by the (arch)dioceses of New York, Santa Fe, Baltimore, Seattle, Galveston-Houston, Ogdensburg, Richmond, and dozens more.
