Host an Event

With Catechumeneon, LTP offers our assistance to parishes and dioceses as they seek to train and form ministers around Christian initiation. We invite you to consider hosting one of our training events to help your catechumenal ministers and parish leaders deepen their understanding and vision of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.

RCIA Training and Formation

We invite you to consider hosting a Catechumeneon training event for Christian initiation ministers in your diocese or region. Whether in English or Spanish, LTP will assist you in coordinating all aspects of an in-person or virtual event.

Contact LTP to schedule your training event 6–12 months before your desired date. (Please note that weekends in Autumn and Winter Ordinary Time fill up quickly.)

Diocesan offices are invited to collaborate with their counterparts from neighboring diocese in organizing a regional gathering for Christian initiation ministers. Working with those in your region or province is a way to share and steward resources well while building a vibrant initiation network in the region.

Whether sponsored by the offices for worship, catechesis, evangelization, clergy formation, the bishop’s office, or even part of a diocesan ministry/catechetical gathering, work with us to schedule your next in-person training. Presenters from LTP are available for a variety of topics on Christian initiation and liturgical ministry.

Parishes too can host an LTP in-person or virtual training event. You can collaborate with other parishes in your geographic region or contact your diocesan office and let them know you are interested in hosting an LTP workshop.

There are several models of pricing and travel reimbursement. Please contact us for more information so we can best work out an arrangement that works for you and your community.

List of Collaborators

We are always honored to receive an invitation to collaborate. Our list of diocesan collaborators is growing—we hope you will consider working with us in the future.

In the recent past, Catechumeneon events were hosted by the (arch)dioceses of New York, Santa Fe, Baltimore, Seattle, Galveston-Houston, Ogdensburg, Richmond, and dozens more.

I have had the pleasure of contracting with LTP for a virtual training series on mystagogia with Michael Ruzicki. From the first contact, LTP made this a very easy process to provide for RCIA ministers in our diocese. Not only was the set-up easy, but the content and the personalization provided by the presenter was amazing. Our RCIA leaders learned so much and were so engaged with the material and the presenter. Michael and LTP are top notch!

We hosted two virtual Catechumeneon workshops during the pandemic and found them to be excellent mediums for conveying comprehensive RCIA content to our parish initiation teams, facilitated by top-notch presenters, at a very reasonable price. Both Saturday morning institutes were shaped according to our local diocesan needs, and they allowed plenty of engagement on the part of the parish participants. We gave them five stars and will certainly be doing more events!

Working with LTP to update and refresh our initiation ministry leaders with a day-long virtual workshop was both energizing and engaging. The day ended with people excited for their ministry and empowered to move forward. The presenters were top notch, and I cannot say enough about how pleased I was working with them.

Planning is as Easy as 1, 2, 3
