Clergy Workshop: Making Evangelization a Priority in Parish Life

One Day Workshop

In Evangelii gaudium, Pope Francis invited all Christians to take up their baptismal call to evangelize. More than twenty years before, the US bishops invited Catholics to “discover how the Spirit is leading you to evangelize” in Go and Make Disciples. How can priests and deacons encourage the parish to prioritize evangelization? What can be done to form and support all the baptized to serve as priest, prophet, and king? This workshop will utilize the principles of the baptismal catechumenate to answer these questions.
