The ritual text is clear: the people of God are the primary ministers of initiation. We are called to animate the entirety of our parish communities and help them recognize their responsibility in forming new disciples. Together, let us reevaluate the "RCIA team" and work to institute a Christian initiation ministry that is the responsibility of all the baptized.
